Care in Context is a writing and reflection space for people working in care who want to think carefully about how systems, resources, and power shape what care becomes—and what they ask of those who provide it.
We publish honest reflections at the intersection of practice, ethics, and lived experience, especially where there is moral tension, constraint, or quiet compromise. Academic language isn’t required. Lived knowledge matters.
We welcome submissions from practitioners, students, and community-based care workers. Pieces may take many forms, and identifying details are not required.
If you’re carrying a story or question that never quite found a place, we invite you to share it.
