Meet the team behind Care in Context

Faith C Nasoni
Faith is a co-founder and editor of Care in Context. Through the platform, she works to create space for practitioners, students, and community voices to reflect on the realities of providing care within systems marked by scarcity, inequality, and structural constraint. Faith is a clinical psychologist and PhD researcher working in global mental health. Her work focuses on mental health systems and the social and structural conditions that shape access to care in African contexts. She is particularly interested in questions of access to care and how communities navigate mental health in environments where resources are limited. Through both her research and editorial work, Faith is committed to amplifying grounded perspectives from practitioners and communities, and to fostering thoughtful conversations about what ethical, context-sensitive care can look like.
